All AEMS Ratri Customers must acknowledge that changes in location, or the entire event in itself may happen with little or no notice before the event date, in response to reasons including but not limited to: weather events, security concerns, closed borders, public health scares, host or team sickness or injury.
No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation or re-scheduling.
